Outboard Engine Rebuild Service

All of our 100% Rebuilt Power Heads receive the same treatment whether it's a 1983 or a 2009.

Your as-new motor is completely machined by state of the art tooling--no short cuts!!  All parts are machined, high pressure washed and cleaned.  All of the pistons that we use are forged and teflon coated.  They are custom fitted to the block for proper clearance.  We check and clean our cranks by Magfluex and check the tolerance on every rod and main bearings for proper wear.  All blocks , cranks , rods, etc are ultrasonic cleaned.

All Electronics are tested and inspected.  Your powerhead is then reassembled and painted.   All Rebuilt Powerheads come with a standard 1 year warranty.
